Payment
These sale conditions apply to all sales of goods by us to businesses and shall apply to all orders submitted. All payments will be made via Bank Transfer.
Pricing and AvailabilityÂ
All products advertised for sale on our website and in any another publication are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. All prices stated on the site or in any of our catalogues, price lists or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.
Delivery PolicyÂ
Any delivery times quoted are from our receipt of an order to be processed. Elapsed times of delivery are submitted without liability for delay however occasioned but every effort will be made to achieve the delivery date. All orders made before 2pm are eligible for same day dispatch. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods promptly on arrival. Any claims for damage, non-delivery, loss in transit or late delivery must be made within 5 days of the delivery date. When signing for your consignment, it is your responsibility to check that the number of parcels being delivered corresponds with the number of parcels stated on the consignment note. Refund and Return Policy
All orders are eligible for a refund 14 days after delivery. If wish you refund any orders, simply reach out to us with your order number to begin the refund process.
